Tara Bassi, MS, CNS, LDN, CHHC

Nutrition and herbal medicine have always been a large part of Tara's life. Her passion for health was instilled in her at an early age. She often credits this to growing up in a large Italian family, who would often use natural healing remedies and ate mostly a whole foods-based diet.

Tara is a licensed nutritionist, clinical herbalist, educator, and researcher. She has a Master's of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Herbal Medicine from Maryland University of Integrative Health and is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist.

Tara has a private practice working with clients virtually. Her practice offers nutrition and herbal counseling services, specializing in women's health, preconception, reproductive, liver, gut, and brain health. In her practice, Tara uses whole foods, herbs, and simple lifestyle modifications to help heal and nourish the body.

In addition, Tara works part-time as a Teaching Assistant for the Graduate School of Nutrition at Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine for clinical nutrition and botanical courses. In her spare time, Tara enjoys outdoor adventures with her fiance and dog, cooking family recipes, and tending to her herbal garden.
