Amanda is a Registered Dietitian. She has a strong background in clinical nutrition, education, and working with specialized populations like weight loss clients, acute care patients, and those with eating disorders

Stephanie Nera, PhD
Stephanie has been a registered pharmacist since 2016. She believes that providing effective healthcare is both a science and art, with communication serving as the bridge between patients and health professionals.

Lily Martin, ND
Dr. Lily is a licensed Naturopathic Physician. She completed a bachelor’s degree in biology before heading west to Portland, OR where she earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from National University of Natural Medicine.

Siobhan Mendicino
Siobhan is a herbal researcher and writer. She has a bachelor of science in communications as well as having completed a post-baccalaureate certificate in herbal studies.

Tara Bassi, MS, CNS, LDN, CHHC
Tara is a Licensed Nutritionist and Clinical Herbalist, specializing in women’s health. She also is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®). Tara has a private practice working with clients virtually.

Jack Cincotta, MS
Jack is an AADP® Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and AFPA® Certified Holistic Health Coach. His passion is to help people develop optimal levels of health.
