Amanda is a Registered Dietitian. She has a strong background in clinical nutrition, education, and working with specialized populations like weight loss clients, acute care patients, and those with eating disorders.

Siobhan is a herbal researcher and writer. She has a bachelor of science in communications as well as having completed a post-baccalaureate certificate in herbal studies.

Tara Bassi, MS, CNS, LDN, CHHC

Tara is a Licensed Nutritionist and Clinical Herbalist, specializing in women’s health. She also is a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®).
